Disc spring DIN2093 is characterized by small size, large load, easy combination and use as well as centralized load transmission etc. Disc springs include can be combined in opposition, superposition or composition etc. so as to obtain different curves.
It can be used as a substitution for cylindrical spring in the mechanical industry, which reflects the characteristic new products, namely small sizes and multiple functions. When it''s used in the direction that the load works, a smaller spring deformation is sufficient to bear a larger load, offering compact axial space. Compared with other types of springs, it has larger deformation energy per unit of area and offers good shock absorption capacity. Especially when they are used in a superposition way, they show prominent functions in shock absorption and energy dissipation due to their surface frictional damping.
Currently the springs find widespread application in such industries as national defense, metallurgy, construction, electric power, lathe and architecture etc., for example, they are used in moulds, hoisters, clutches, brakes, bridge damping devices, bearing tightening, safe loading devices, heavy-duty machinery, mechanical starters, control devices, valves, industrial electric stoves, dividing apparatuses as well as clamps etc.
We carry out DIN 2093 and GB/T 1972-2005 standards and our enterprise standard. For spring surface treatment, such conventional methods as oxidized bluing, phosphatization, electroplating, electrophoresis and mechanical galvanization etc. have been applied.
